01 — Why Sapphire

Threat Tool

Students already use AI. Most of it hands over the answer. Sapphire OS puts AI inside a structured, exam-aligned system where the student does the work and the AI coaches.

A generic answer bot

Solve 2x + 3y = 12 and x − y = 1
x = 3, y = 2.
Homework done. Nothing learned before Paper 2.

Sapphy, inside Sapphire OS

Solve 2x + 3y = 12 and x − y = 1
Let’s eliminate one variable. What could you multiply the second equation by so the y-terms cancel when you add?
3?
Exactly. Add them now. What’s left, and what does x equal?
The student works the problem. The AI coaches.
PersonalizedLearns how each student learns, then adapts.
CXC-alignedBuilt around the CSEC and CAPE syllabuses.
Practice-firstStudents work the problem. The AI coaches.
Insight, not surveillanceTeachers see learning patterns, not keystrokes.

02 — How it works

Three steps to a smarter week

1

Tell us your exams

Pick CSEC or CAPE, your sitting and your subjects. A five-question quiz finds how you learn best.

2

Practise the CXC way

Quizzes, flashcards, past-paper style questions and your AI Notebook. Every answer is a learning signal.

3

Get the next right step

Your plan reorders around weak spots. Parents and teachers see progress long before results day.

Every answer teaches Sapphire OS how a student learns.

03 — Who it’s for

One system, three views

Students

A study plan that knows where you’re stuck

Practice built on the CSEC and CAPE syllabus that adjusts after every quiz, flashcard and past-paper question. Sapphy explains, asks questions back, and never hands over the answer.

Think first, then reveal.

Answer: personification. Sapphire brings this card back tomorrow morning.

04 — Safety & Privacy

Built ethically for students

What Sapphire OS does, and what it won’t.

Parental Consent First

Students under 18 join with a parent or guardian’s agreement.

Insight, not surveillance

Teachers see learning patterns and risk signals, not keystrokes or private chats.

A coach, not an answer key

Sapphy explains and asks questions back. It doesn’t write assignments for students.

Student data stays protected

Student data is never sold or used for advertising.

05 — FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else? Email sapphire.os@outlook.com.

Is using Sapphire OS cheating?

No. Sapphire OS is built so the student does the work. Sapphy explains concepts, asks questions back and points out where a method went wrong, but it doesn’t hand over answers or write assignments.

How do you protect my child’s data?

Students under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to join. Teachers see learning patterns, not private chats.

What devices do students need, and how much data does it use?

Sapphire OS is web-first, so it runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and laptops students already have.

Which subjects are covered?

The pilot covers CSEC and CAPE subjects including Mathematics, English A, Additional Mathematics, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Principles of Business, IT and Pure Mathematics.

When does the pilot start?

We’re inviting students, parents and educators in Jamaica in small groups by exam year and subject. Join the list and we’ll email you when your group opens.

Can I pay in Jamaican dollars?

Prices are listed in US dollars. Sponsored access is available for eligible schools.
